    What you need to add to your diet plan for weight gain for women. For example a female of height 5 feet 6 inch weighing 50kgs aged 25 needs to weight gain . You need to add 2553 calories per day to your diet. 325gm carbohydrate, 121gm protein and 85gm of fat  add in that proportion to gain weight.
